SPACECOOL INC. to Exhibit and Present at “MALAYSIA–JAPAN ENVIRONMENT WEEK 2025” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia— Proposing Solutions to Social Challenges through Both Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation —

SPACECOOL INC. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masahiro Suemitsu) will exhibit at the MALAYSIA–JAPAN ENVIRONMENT WEEK 2025 (EW2025MY), to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from Wednesday, October 15 to Friday, October 17, 2025.
The event, jointly organized by Japan’s Ministry of the Environment and Malaysia’s Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change, is an international exhibition and conference focused on decarbonization, circular economy, and climate adaptation initiatives between the two countries.
The radiative cooling material “SPACECOOL,” developed and marketed by SPACECOOL INC., is a new material that contributes to carbon neutrality by enabling zero-energy cooling through the emission of heat into outer space. Through its application to a wide range of fields—such as building roofs, factories, containers, and outdoor facilities—SPACECOOL contributes to both mitigation, by reducing CO₂ emissions through lower air-conditioning energy use, and adaptation, by maintaining comfortable environments even under extreme heat conditions.
At this exhibition, SPACECOOL INC. will showcase demonstration data and overseas case studies at its permanent booth (Booth No. 4). In addition, the company will give presentations at the Business Pitch Session and the Climate Change Mitigation (JCM) & Adaptation session on Friday, October 17. The presentation will highlight domestic and international examples of how radiative cooling materials can serve as effective measures for both climate change mitigation and adaptation, offering an innovative solution that advances both decarbonization and resilience.
