SPACECOOL INC. Secures JPY 1 Billion Overdraft Facility from Five Major Banks
SPACECOOL INC. has entered into an unsecured and unguaranteed overdraft agreement totaling JPY 1 billion with five major financial institutions: MUFG Bank, Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Resona Bank, Limited, and The Bank of Kyoto, Ltd.
The facility is intended to provide enhanced financial flexibility to support SPACECOOL’s day-to-day operations. While the funds will be used primarily as working capital, this additional liquidity will indirectly support broader initiatives such as global business development, research and development, and the reinforcement of the company’s business foundation.
