Launch of “SPACECOOL Film (HD)” — A New Radiative Cooling Material with Improved Durability and Workability Compared to Existing Products
SPACECOOL INC. announces the launch of its new product, SPACECOOL Film (HD), a radiative cooling material that emits heat into space through enabling zero-energy cooling.
This new product offers improved weather resistance and workability compared to the existing SPACECOOL Film. It extends the weather resistance lifespan to about 15 years, enhances application to flat surfaces, and expands the range of applicable surfaces through strengthened adhesion (*1). The radiative cooling performance remains the same as the existing product, and it has received the non-combustible material certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
