SPACECOOL®, a radiative cooling material that we are manufacturing and developing, can lower the temperature below the ambient temperature in direct sunlight with zero energy using radiative cooling technology, and can contribute to both “mitigation” and “adaptation” against climate change. As a mitigation, it can contribute to energy conservation for power conditioners in buildings and storage batteries used in solar power generation. As an adaptation, it can contribute to preventing heatstroke and countermeasures against heat damage to agricultural and livestock products.
